Payments can be made by credit/debit card, cash or check.

Our Learning Center is located at 129 Elm Street within Elm Street Elementary School. Once you enter the parking lot, you will see our blue Adult Education sign on the building. Our entrance is to the left of that sign at the ramp.
Yes! We offer a FREE 12-week College Transitions program that is designed to help you prepare, both academically and financially, to be successful in college. This program provides a review of reading, writing and math using both face-to-face and online interaction. We’ll also take tours of local colleges and get assistance with the college application and financial aid process.
Call 345-3217 for more information about our simple application process! Sessions are offered onsite during Fall and Winter semesters, and a summer session is offered in Lewiston as well.
Search Maineadulted.org to find other classes being offered throughout the State.
Many classes require a minimum number of participants to run. By registering ahead of time, the instructor will know how many people to expect – and you will be on the list to receive any updates or cancellation notifications about the class.
Our Learning Center is open during the regular school year on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm, and on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We are also open for 5 weeks in the summer on a reduced schedule.
